Airyolland - a cottage that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

Airyolland is a traditional single storey cottage with sea views over the bouldery shore of Luce Bay to the Scaur Rocks and the Isle of Man, there are near by sandy beaches where dogs and children can run free and frequently have a deserted beach to explore all by themselves. The spacious conservatory is the perfect place to relax and look out for the family of otters who live by the sea and also enjoy sunsets and the starry sky at night.
Cosy nights in after a day out exploring can be enjoyed by the open fire in the living room. This is the perfect spot for relaxing or for the more adventurous there are lovely walks, cycling tracks, water sports, horse riding centres and top-notch golf courses all within a 5 to 30-minute drive away. This area has an abundance of beautiful gardens and historical spots that, combined with great pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, makes this the perfect spot for a holiday with friends and family.

Perfect location for watching seabirds: we set our telescope up in the sunroom. Enjoyed good walks without having to drive far.

Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr unwohl gefühlt, da das Objekt renovierungsbedürftig und schmutzig war. Der Gefrierschrank war vereist und es befanden sich noch offene Lebensmittel im Gefrierfach. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir reinigen um Ihn zu benutzen. Der Backofen war ebenfalls so schmutzig das wir Ihn nicht benutzen konnten.In der Duschtasse befand sich viel Schimmel am Silikon.Der Toilettendeckel war nur halbseitig befestigt und die Toilette war nicht sauber. Die Polster für die Gartenstühle waren verschlissen und ebenfalls schmutzig. Es befanden sich noch Essenreste auf den Sitzflächen. Das Sofa war nicht zu benutzen weil es ebenfalls verschmutzt und verschlissen war. Das gesamte Haus hat trotz intensiven Belüften muffig gerochen. Wir haben uns daher ein Hotel gesucht und sind vorzeitig ausgezogen.

Great cottage Beautiful location Lovely owner Jane We had to contact on arrival as we had no details etc sent regarding collection of keys etc Jane was very understanding and We quickly Got sorted and had a fantastic stay Personally think place could do with a deep clean We cleaned the leather sofa with wipes and a towel And the conservatory was dusty The unit and floor underneath I know it's pet Friendly I notice finer details I'm a domestic cleaner ;) Was a lovely get away Would definitely stay again Already spoken with owner and been offered a discount if we wish to stay again We will be in touch
