• This stylish and spacious top-floor apartment with 2-bedroom, 2-new bathroom (80m²) is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Victorian building.
Air conditioning in all rooms.

• IMPORTANT: The lift ONLY goes to the 2nd floor. Guests must walk up two flights of stairs to access the apartment.

The apartment was refreshed in 2026, with both bathrooms completely renovated & AC installed.

• The master bedroom includes an en-suite and the rarely found UK Super King Size bed - 180x200cm ( 6’x 6’6”), while the second bedroom offers a UK King-size bed - 150x200cm ( 5’ x 6’ 6”), ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay.

Very nice property in ideal location. Note, the elevator does not go all the way to the unit's floor so probably not the best choice for the elderly or people with young kids/strollers. This property is in a great location. It's the perfect base for exploring London - easy access to trains, buses and cabs. Short London Visit

Gordana was wonderful, so responsive to my emailed questions regarding our arrival, check-in, the area and transportation to Heathrow. She met us promptly and told us on arrival that the flat we had been assigned was not really accessible due to an elevator issue, so we ended up with first floor flat that was roomy and beautiful. Such a gracious host! The place was spotless and so convenient to the Hyde Park/Kensington Park area and Paddington Station as well. Taxis and the hop-on bus just a block away. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property is as advertised (including the stairs!). It was perfect for our family of 5. Gordana was very accessible and accommodating as a host. We easily walked to and from Paddington for Heathrow Express and were able to get around the city easily with the two tube stations super close. The only knock was that the on demand hot water seemed to only work for 3 showers so be prepared to space those out a bit!

Reunited And It Feels So Good

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a spotless updated flat. What a rare find to have a reunion with dear friends who traveled from Paris to meet us in London. The flat is Super close to tube and train stations and access to all that London has to offer. And just steps away from lovely Kensington Park.

Great location in London

This was a perfect location in London for our family with three children 6, 9 & 11. Close to Hyde Park for my husband to run each morning, quick 5 -10 min walk to multiple Underground stations to explore London sites and we found great local restaurants each night to eat at. There are stairs to climb but manageable for our family. Would be challenging if having to bring stroller up & down each day or for the elderly. Wonderful base for our trip!

Lovely flat

Gordana is very responsive, personable and let us check-in several hours early since we arrived tired after a long flight from the United States. We loved the cleanliness of the flat, well-stocked kitchen and the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hyde Park and we enjoyed walking through the park to get to Harrod’s. It was very hot the six days we were there. No air conditioning. Fans not very efficient.Internet connection not good. Bathtub in master bedroom very high to get in and out.Many good things, too. Adequate supply of cooking utensils. Nice having two bedrroms and two baths.
