Amazing Apartment

My husband, 22 year old daughter, 20 year old son, and I stayed in this apartment 05/14/23 to 05/16/23 for a few days after our cruise. The apartment was in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to St. Mark’s Square in one direction and a five minute walk to the Rialto Bridge in the other direction. It was stocked with everything we needed, including a welcome bottle of Prosecco. There was plenty of room for all four of us. We will stay there again if ever we return to Venice.

Great apartment -Great location

This apartment is so comfortable and in the middle of the best part of Venice! The apartment has been updated and has all the conveniences needed. It is on the third floor so pack light for those stairs. Shopping, restaurants and museums are all steps away. Consider yourself lucky if you can get this sweet property for your travel plans. We were met at the dock so we didn’t have to struggle around the town to find the apartment. Communications between us and the property manager was quick and effective.

Our stay in December

The apartment's location was perfect. Really great space for a short stay. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Serena was available for all pre-check in questions and super friendly. She was not available to greet us, but her assistant was nice and helped us find a local pharmacy. We stayed in December, and the overhead heaters were powerful and kept us warm. There was a washer, but no dryer. There was a heated towel rack in the bathrooms that you could use to dry clothes. The TV was not a smart TV and had very few English speaking channels. We are a family that likes to unwind in the evenings with some TV/movies. We used our laptop instead which was fine for our short trip. The two bathrooms were nice, but the showers were not that strong. I would recommend the place for a short visit, but we would miss the amenities for anything longer. I do want to stress how perfect the location was. It was lovely to look out the small balcony and see the shops and people down below. In December, the city was absolutely beautiful with all the lights and tasteful decorations.

Heart of Venice

The apartment was great, spacious, clean, and centrally located. Serena, the landlord, communicated with us prior to arrival, gave good instructions for using the water bus, and met us at the pier. She warmly welcomed us, showed us to the property, and gave us highlights and suggestions for the area. Great property! Thank you Serena!

As others have stated, Serena was so great about meeting us at the vaporetto stop & showing us to the apartment and explaining everything. Really great location — just a few minutes from Rialto Bridge & 1 minute to St. Marks. Apartment had everything we needed — including laundry detergent — so we didn’t need to purchase any household items. A few restaurants downstairs & “half a block” away we’re good & welcome at end of tiring days. Grocery was within 2 short blocks (Venice “blocks) not big city blocks if you wanted any food in apartment.

A lovely oasis in the heart of Venice.

This apartment was even larger and nicer than the photos indicate. Selena was a wonderful host, meeting us at the water taxi and walking us through the crazy streets of Venice to her beautiful apartment. We only wish we had stayed longer!

Lovely apartment, great location

Serena met us at the water taxi and guided us to the apartment, just a 5-minute walk. She also gave us several recommendations on where to eat, etc.. The location is fantastic, close to coffee shops and Piazza San Marco. The apartment is comfortable and was perfect for 2 couples, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We ate at 2 of the places she recommended, both of which were excellent. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location for seeing Venice!

This apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly situated a very short walk to St Marks square and maybe 5 minutes to the Rialto stop. Many cafes, restaurants and shops are nearby. We were able to stop in at the apartment during the day or after a tour before heading out for our afternoon plans. Serena met us by the boat when we arrived and showed us in with warm hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who values a convenient location for seeing this beautiful city—. Gratzie Serena!

Really enjoyed our Venice stay. Serena met us at the Alilaguna stop as planned and took us directly to the apartment. Communication was excellent with contact before our arrival and explanations and directions after our meeting. The apartment is very cozy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Extremely modern and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a location convenient to San Marco and the Accademia neighborhoods. Fabulous location close to San Marco. Clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient for my family of four

We enjoyed our flat tremendously. Serena was pleasant and easy to work with. She showed us the apartment and also gave us a map marked with helpful suggestions. Our only issue was that we were expected to take the trash and recyclables to one of two gondola stops between the hours of 6:30am-8:30am. Being unfamiliar with the city and unable to converse in Italian, we could not locate either drop point. We gathered our teach and recycling and left them in the kitchen. One small problem for my family was that although towels and linen are provided, there were no wash cloths which made showering a bit difficult. We would stay here again, however.
