Splendid villa in the heart of Deauville, right in front of the Casino and only a few meters away from the famous beach. The villa is fully equipped ans decorated, it's ideal for a family gathering and contains loads of surprises and equipment for children (including a huge playground in the basement)



The Space:

Spacious house containing :

- on the ground floor ; a large living room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a winter living room with a piano and study desk

- on the first floor, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with a bath and toilet), a double room with two single beds, a double room with one queen size bed, a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet

- on the second floor: four double bedrooms with queen size beds, two bathrooms (with showers), two toilets and in one bedroom, you have access to the attic where two more mattresses are installed

- on the basement, a laundry room and two huge playing rooms: one for small kids and one with a poolroom



The Neighborhood:

Premium location, one of the most famous villas in Deauville, right in the middle between the Casino and the Hotel Royal, a few steps away from the beach and from the city center. All the sports activities are right next door : horseback riding, tennis, kids club, spa, swimming pool, sailing, etc.

You can hardly find a better location!



Getting Around:

The villa is in the city center so you can walk to basically everywhere including the train station. You can leave the car in front of the house and use bicycles !
