This semi-detached cottage lies in Porthmadog and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
Bryn Coed is a lovely, semi-detached cottage resting in Porthmadog, Wales. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a family room with double and single bed, along with a bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to three people. To the outside is a small front yard with picnic bench and off-road parking for one car. Bryn Coed is a lovely base for families to come together and enjoy this coastal town. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £20.00.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front Courtyard with bench. Two well-behaved pets welcome additional charge of £20 per pet per stay. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Beach 0.9 miles. Note: There is a woodburning stove in the living room however it is not for guest use. No allocated parking, 2 public carparks available approx 300yds away from property, Note: this house does not have a lawned or planted garden
