Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions and the garage is included!

Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

We want to make sure you have all the information you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that as we are conveniently located near the airport, you may experience occasional noise from passing airplanes.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

The Avenida das Forças Armadas is one of the main avenues of Lisbon and is an essential axis in Lisbon, framed in the area known as the Avenidas Novas. That exception location is complemented by the existence of three subway stations, numerous bus lines, and one of the most important national railway stations. Cross daily this train station more than 400 high-speed trains between compositions between Faro and Porto, urban links to the southern shore up Setúbal, urban link to Sintra, among others. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
