Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 200m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed however the parking space is only suitable for small or medium sized cars. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.
