Set above the vibrant Milford Waterfront, this beautifully presented second-floor apartment offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests, with wonderful views across the marina and an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés right on the doorstep.

Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking to explore Pembrokeshire, the apartment combines a fantastic waterfront location with stylish, comfortable interiors and plenty of space to relax. Please note that the apartment is accessed via stairs and there is no lift within the building.

As you enter the apartment, a welcoming hallway leads to two of the three bedrooms. The first is a comfortable twin bedroom, while the second features a double bed. At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom, complete with a shower, WC and hand basin.

The hallway opens into the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area – the heart of the apartment and a wonderful space to spend time together.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full range of cooking utensils. Alongside the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six guests.

The lounge offers plenty of room for everyone to unwind, with three large velvet sofas and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. Alternatively, simply sit back and enjoy the views through the French doors overlooking the marina and watch the boats come and go.

Stairs from the living area lead to an impressive open mezzanine level, home to the third bedroom. This spacious area features a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, creating a lovely retreat above the main living space.

With Milford Waterfront immediately outside, you'll have a great choice of restaurants, cafés and places to explore within easy walking distance, while the apartment also provides an excellent base for discovering the wider Pembrokeshire coast.

There is no allocated parking with the apartment, and the spaces immediately surrounding Sovereign House are reserved for permit holders. However, there is plenty of free public parking around Milford Waterfront, including free unlimited parking at Mackerel Quay, along with additional free parking within the Waterfront area. Parking is subject to availability and guests should always check local signage.

One well-behaved dog is welcome on request. We simply ask that dogs are not left unattended in the apartment or allowed on the furniture.
