Es la primera vez que alquilamos un apartamento. Nos ha gustado mucho la libertad de movimiento respecto a una habitación de hotel. El espacio del salón, la amplitud de las habitaciones. Además está muy bien situado. El aparcamiento: no se puede aparcar por la zona. Estaría bien un descuento con un parquing (30€ diarios es muy caro).

Casa muy bien ubicada, bien comunicada con autobuses, amplia, limpia, equipada y confortable

La amplitud de las estancias, la ubicación ya que está como en el medio de todas las zonas más relevantes de la ciudad (Kursal, plaza Ayuntamiento, Bulevar, Casco Viejo, Paseo de la Concha,...) y la comunicación con autobuses para moverte al resto es muy cercana y muy buena. La sencillez a la hora de dejar las llaves al finalizar nos ha gustado más que la de recogida, aunque tampoco nos supuso un problema acercarnos a la oficina a por ellas cuando llegamos. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada, aunque no hicimos uso de ella porque disfrutamos de la gastronomía donostiarra. Muchas toallas, ropa de cama y almohadas extra por si se necesitaban. La rapidez en la atención vía e-mail con cada duda que planteamos. A mejorar diría que la cama de 180cm fuera un sólo colchón ya que sería más cómodo que encontrarse la unión de los dos colchones que la conforman. Y en las camas de 90cm igual, ya que están unidas las bases. La revisión de algunos elementos que requieren de mantenimiento sencillo (apretar algún tornillo a las sillas, colocación de algún estor caído, etc...), y que ya comunicamos a la empresa y nos ofrecieron acudir a reparar en el momento, pero no nos impedía una buena estancia. Un punto que fue algo incomodo fue la estrechez de la puerta del portal y el ascensor, pero es entendible debido a la antigüedad de las edificaciones de la ciudad, en general. Pero se solucionaba abriendo las dos hojas de la puerta y el ascensor haciendo turnos sobre todo por el carro de bebé que es muy amplio en nuestro caso. Al menos cuenta con ascensor que nos es poco para ese tipo de edificios.
