agradable urbanización, cerca del pueblo de Denia y cerca de la playa.A mejorar, iluminación del apartamento, muy débil y pocas luces; en el jardín, están muy visibles los aparatos de aire acondicionado (que están todos oxidados), la lavadora y útiles de limpieza...tendría fácil solución con un muro abierto que tapara todo eso , o biombo o similar...esta vista da aspecto de destartalado al apartamento. El baño principal está reformado, pero el servicio no, y es bastante anticuado.Con estas ideas, mejoraría bastante.
