Beautiful, modern, luxurious kitchen and gigantic terrace with a luxurious lounge set, dining table and sun beds. Underfloor heating and air conditioning everywhere. WiFi, internet TV, large living room with luxurious furniture, WiFi, large terrace, hall, elevator, and 2 parking spaces in the garage, automatic gate.

Located just above the golf course with views over Altea and Albir but also over Benidorm.

VRBO blocks the 400 Euro deposit on your credit card.
Final cleaning € 150 and linen package + towels € 15 p.p. to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Pets 25 Euro per stay extra for cleaning costs.
