Cosy dog friendly self contained Annexe near Cheltenham & The Cotswolds
1-2 person self catering ground floor annexe set in a peaceful 5 and half acre smallholding surrounded by countryside and farmland. With its own private enclosed garden and a hay field for dog exercise. Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Modern bathroom with a shower. A lovely lounge/diner filled with natural light that looks out to the garden. From the living room, patio doors open up to garden, patio, seating and BBQ area.
A cosy bedroom now with a KINGSIZE bed and a view of the hay field. It's an ideal property for time away or visiting the area on business with Cheltenham 4.5 miles, Cotswold nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible.
Access to the property is via a no through farm track and close to local amenities. We are on site to help if needed. On arrival the Annexe is accessed by key lock. A full information folder is in the property and a welcome pack to get you started.
2 well behaved dogs welcome with additional pet fee. If booking via Expedia then please contact us so we are able to add this on to your booking.

What makes this property unique
Surrounded by peaceful countryside. We have the most amazing sunsets which stretch across the horizon. Birdsong fills the air first thing and occasionally see the deer and Mr fox. There are public rights of way from the property if you enjoy walking.
