Modern luxury villa in tranquil surroundings

Very comfortable, modern villa with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is very well appointed with induction stove and great outdoor grill. The AC worked extremely well and the pool and deck area is lovely. The location is 5 min walk from a lovely beach that was uncrowded and has a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The property manager was extremely helpful and we had a lovely time. Would visit again

Wonderful holiday

It was a absolutely wonderful holiday. We stayed there with two families, two couples and four kids. The house and the garden doesn’t leave any wishes open. The quality of the interior is five star. The location is just perfect, the supermarket is next door and the beach with several beach bars is just a short walk away. The beach is perfect for kids because of the shallow water. Ilaria was very helpful and always available.

The villa is very beautiful and well equiped. Our kids especially loved the pool very much. I much appreciated the great customer service (Ilaria was always available and very supportive) and also the recycling system in the house - very advanced!) A supermarket is right next door and the beautiful beach is only a 5 minutes walk away. The only thing we regretted a little bit, was the long distance to any city or place of excursion. Everything was minimum 30-50 minutes away - if not more. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and had a beautiful vacation!

Outstanding accommodation

We stayed one week at this lovely house in Tertenia. We were 6 adults and one toddler. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures. It is clean, has a really cool outdoor kitchen and different places for spending your time in the garden (eating&relaxing). There were two big bathrooms with shower(s) and one additional outdoor shower. The beach is a few minutes walk away, also a supermarket. But what really makes it special is the service of Ilaria. She is always available before and during the stay and helps you with every request. Thanks a lot for this relaxing holidays and hopefully we will see us again.

Wunderschönes Ferienanwesen

Wir haben hier mit acht Personen (vier Erwachsene, vier Kinder) eine wunderbare Ferienwoche im Oktober verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, überaus gepflegt und bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich von einem Ferienhaus nur wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung ist absolut gehoben. Das Grundstück lässt sich auch mit mehreren Personen beziehungsweise zwei Familien optimal nutzen - sehr gut auch der benachbarte kleine Supermarkt (der für uns eine Art „begehbarer Kühlschrank“ war - perfekt) Es ist hier wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Der weitläufig, gepflegte Strand ist sozusagen „um die Ecke“ und zu Fuß in 4 / 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ilaria, die Gastgeberin ist eine ausgesprochen liebe Person und überaus aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation war vollkommen unkompliziert. Man hat immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen, die einem weitergeholfen hat. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Villa stupenda

Villa bellissima a pochi passi dal mare. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e hanno dotato la villa di ogni comfort. Spazio esterno molto grande con piscina e idromassaggio. Grazie mille di tutto, siamo stati benissimo!

The host, Ilaria and Mario are exceptional, Incredibly helpful in ensuring we had a great stay. House is very new, perfectly clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. Perfect location as the beach is just 5 mins walking from the house and there are some shops close. I will highly recommend this place !

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und man findet alles vor, was man braucht. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und man hat genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool und der Whirlpool werden 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Ilaria und Mario sind außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür 🥰 Einen Supermarkt direkt nebenan zu haben ist sehr vorteilhaft und der Strand ist in ein paar Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Liebe llaria u. Mario, wir haben bei Euch eine Unterkunft gefunden die all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Euer Haus ist ein Traum, mit einer Austattung wo man als Gast nichts vermisst. Und wenn man einen Wunschh hat, wird dieser sofort von Euch umgesetzt. Wir waren schon als Gruppe in vielen Häusern auf Sardinen, und können Euch ein großes Lob aussprechen ! IHR SEIT DIE BESTEN !!! Klasse Villa, nah am Meer!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit 3 Kindern und unserem Hund. Die Ferienwohnung ist qualitativ und quantitativ top ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist nah am Meer und direkt neben einem Supermarkt. Leider sind die meisten Restaurants geschlossen ab Oktober, in der Hauptsaison sicherlich aber kein Problem. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Alles super! Das Haus ist groß, neu renoviert, die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Küche hat einfach alles was man brauchen könnte. Wir haben von der Gastgeberin ein großes Willkommenspaket und ein süßes Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert, auf alle Wünsche/Fragen gleich reagiert und immer für uns da gewesen. Dieses Haus kann ich sehr empfehlen. Einfach perfekt!

Die Fotos übereinstimmen mit dem Haus. Zudem ist das Haus perfekr ausgestattet, alles war von höherer Qualität. Der Strand ist super nah. Auch einen Supermarkt ist direkt daneben, das ist sehr hilfreich. Wegen die Erhöhung und der Sichtschutz wird man aber nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria ist super! Die war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat ist super geholfen und tolle Empfehlungen gegeben.
