BEAUTIFUL VILLA SITUATED IN BENITACHELL (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 6 guests.

LAYOUT: The villa Moonlight is distributed on two floors. We access the property by going down some stairs that give us access to a covered terrace with beautiful views, a table and several chairs, as well as an area with a sofa and two armchairs to enjoy the breeze and coolness of the nights. Upon entering the villa, we access directly on the main floor where we find the living room consisting of a chaise longue sofa with capacity for all guests, a TV and a fireplace. From here we can access the kitchen with a table and chairs attached to the counter, ideal for breakfast and any meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. On the lower floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower en suite. On this floor we will find a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Through this room we will have access to the last bedroom consisting of a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. Next to the third bedroom we access a small living room with a kitchen, a sofa and a low table.

EXTERIOR: On the first floor is the main terrace consisting of an outdoor dining table and chairs for all guests and a small space with two sofas and two armchairs to have a drink. Going down the stairs, we will find a small terrace with a table and two chairs to admire the views. Finally, on the lower terrace, we access the pool. To our left, a table with six chairs under a pergola and a built-in barbecue and charcoal. The pool is located in the center and on the right we will find several hammocks to enjoy the Sun.

SITUATION: The MOONLIGHT villa is located on the heights of Benitachell, in a quiet and residential area. Just a few minutes by car from all amenities: supermarket, restaurants and entertainment in the charming town of Moraira and Poble Nou de Benitachell.

Check in was easy and fast, Abahana villas are great. Slight shame you need to pay extra for bedlinen and make your own beds, but minor downside. The villa is beautiful, lovely views from outside. The villa doesn’t have the sun on it (pool area especially) until about 11am, but this keeps it cool so much that in 38 heat you don’t often need the aircon!! It’s a perfect combination as it’s then on the villa all afternoon and evening! Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped. TV has Netflix and Amazon if you have accounts and YouTube and other non English channels too. Wifi is enough to reach the pool area most of the time and the downstairs bedroom most of the time. The area is quiet and at the end of a dead end road. There are many steps throughout, to get into the villa from the road and from the villa to the pool and then down to lower terraces. Not suitable for those who find moving difficult. It’s about 5 minutes into Moraira in a car. We loved our time here and would definitely go back!!!
