BlackBird - Sailboat Experience is a private, very comfortable and safe boat.

Fully equipped to enjoy a memorable experience. Equipped with TV, wifi, microwave, coffee machine, heating, ventilation, fridge, 220v light, drinking water, crockery and cutlery, bed linen, towels, outdoor furniture, lighting, etc.

Allows you to enjoy an unusual experience in the middle of the marina, surrounded by other boats, with the surrounding sea, the sound of seagulls, and with the possibility of sunbathing and sea, either on the beach or on the boat deck .

This boat can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Guests have access to all rooms during their stay.

Leça da Palmeira is a former parish in the municipality of Matosinhos, in the Greater Porto area. It has a rich cultural heritage, namely the Fort of Leça da Palmeira, Tide Pools (Pools on the Beach) developed by the renowned architect Siza Vieira, Boa Nova Tea House (also developed by Siza Vieira), Quinta da Conceição Municipal Park (by Fernando Távora ) and other religious monuments such as the churches of Corpo Santo, Santana and Boa Nova.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Bon séjour malgré la malpropreté

Nous avons passé un bon séjour sur le black bird malgré un bateau plus que mal entretenu. Le bateau était sale, pas aéré depuis longtemps je pense. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le cabinet de toilette à cause d'une odeur pestilentielle venant des toilettes que nous n'avons utilisé qu'une fois où deux car nous allions à la marina. Nous nous sommes équipés de produits d'entretien pour faire nous même le ménage avant de nous installer. Nous avons condamné le cabinet de toilette à cause de l'odeur. C'est vraiment dommage car l'organisation pour l'arrivée était très bien, le bateau et l'emplacement aussi. Nous n'avons pas compris ce manque total d'entretien. Nous n'avons pas fait appel à notre référent car nous n'étions là que peu de temps. Ce bateau mérite un bon coup de nettoyage et de rénovation général. Les douches et toilettes de la marina sont très basiques mais l'endroit n'est pas très cher. Belles plages à proximité, porto centre accessible en bus et métro.

Honteux

Nous aurions pu accepter l'humidité ambiante, ceci était sans compter l'odeur d'urine dans tout le bateau à cause de la toilette. Un réparateur est venu une fois mais rien n'a changé, je l'ai mentionné une seconde fois et je n'ai vu personne venir... Ce bien ne devrait pas être loué dans cet état !
