great place for our visit to Rome

Great location and home for our visit! We didn't hear about check-in in advance, then had some difficulty getting in contact/getting into the apartment, so I that could have been smoother but otherwise a great stay.

The location of the neighborhood gives you a good taste of day to day life and I mean that literally. The food in the area is pure quality, and even with speaking mainly English you can get by. Easy and close access to public transport makes getting to the main tourist areas a breeze. If I’m back in Rome will definitely see if this place is available again as it has plenty of space for more then just me

Great apartment in Rome!

Amazing apartment, there was so much space in both bedrooms. Amerina was easy to stay in contact with and the whole process went very smoothly. We were able to cook dinners and breakfast in the kitchen, and the bathroom had everything you could need as a traveller!

Home away from home

Amerina's Home was perfect. She has created such a cute place that was extremely clean and had great amenities. We loved staying outside of the crazy crowded part of Rome and enjoyed local restaurants and shopping. There is a big grocery store nearby and Amerina has a well stocked kitchen offering coffee, oil and vinegar and more plus all the kitchen utensils/tools needed. Her beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft... a welcome place to lay our heads after long days of site seeing. We spent our evenings on the porch sipping wine and eating Italian olives and cheese. I highly recommend this home. Amerina is immediately responsive and gave us some great suggestions.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist in der 7. Etage und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, wir konnten nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Lediglich ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas hellhörig und man bekommt die Geräusche aus der Nebenwohnung mit. Dort schrie gelegentlich ein kleines Kind.In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, wo man alles findet, was man benötigt. Auch eine gute Pizzeria ist ganz in der Nähe. Lediglich die Verkehrsanbindung hat Nachteile. Die bei Google angezeigte "gelbe" Straßenbahn existiert nicht mehr. Das soll durch den Bus 105 aufgefangen werden. Dieser war aber immer sehr voll und fuhr unregelmäßig. Der Fahrplan wurde nie eingehalten. Einmal haben wir 40 min gewartet. Besser ist die U-Bahn. Diese ist jedoch etwas entfernt, was vor allem mit Koffern ungemütlich ist.Unser besonderer Dank gilt der freundlichen Vermieterin, Amerina. Sie war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Espectacular departamento! Tuvimos una increíble estadía en Roma. El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con amplios espacios, con todos los servicios indicados en el anuncio. Además, Amerina fue muy atenta, estuvo en contacto desde el inicio de nuestra llegada, y siempre respondió las dudas rápidamente. Sin duda nos quedaremos aquí si volvemos a Roma!

Pasamos una semana muy agradable. Amerina muy amable y el apartamento muy bien equipado y con todas las comodidades. Muy bien comunicado, a 5 min. del tranvía y a 10 del metro. Sín duda lo recomiendo.
