Herons Reach is a mid-terrace cottage situated in the seaside port of Whitby. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and single with pull-out bed, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside is a private patio with furniture, communal lawned gardens and ample off-road parking. Herons Reach is a charming base from which to explore all the delights of North Yorkshire. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the proximity of the river, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: There is quite a steep hill leading to the cottage.

Town: Located at the mouth of the River Esk, the ancient fishing port of Whitby is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire. With its superb coastline and the spectacular North York Moors, the region is an excellent destination for walkers, cyclists and fans of outdoor activities. Whitby itself is a charming and atmospheric town, packed with winding streets and hidden alley ways. There is also a picturesque harbour, numerous safe, sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by its famous 199 Steps.
