Maplebeck is part of a terrace of traditional Yorkshire houses, built from redbrick and sitting on the banks of the River Esk in Whitby. There are two bedrooms; a king-size double with a futon bed and an adult bunk room, sleeping up to five people. There is also a living area, kitchen/diner and a bathroom. Outside is off-road parking for two cars, a private first-floor balcony, a shared lawned garden and private patio with furniture. Maplebeck is a wonderful property for discovering Whitby and the North Yorkshire coast.

Adding to its dramatic splendour, Whitby is dominated by the cliff-top ruins of the beautiful Whitby abbey, built in the 13th Century. This traditional maritime town, with its old cobbled streets, picturesque houses and sandy blue-flag beach is a great place for a holiday or short break. Whitby is set amongst some of the finest stretches of Yorkshire coast, with spectacular cliffs, beaches and bays.
