The host was very welcoming, and accommodating- while allowing me my space and privacy.In-house laundry was a major godsend on my one-month stay, and the neighborhood is fantastic. Given the choice, I would stay here again the next time I visit Amsterdam for any appreciable length of time.

Cozy little apartment

Lovely, private little apartment in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood close to shops, parks, etc. The host is great; she lives right downstairs and was very helpful. Apartment comes with everything you need and has a beautiful little balcony patio. I'd definitely stay here again :)

Nice place for short stay

It is a cute little appartment with a good size bathroom (full bath) and a convenient kitchen. On the 4th floor and only accessible by a narrow stairways so be aware. The appartment has the basic necessities. The bed is truly basic, it is more of a glorified cot. It needs to be upgraded. Same goes for the couch. Only two English speaking channels on the tube but tv is good quality. No AC so it tends to get very warm on hot days. Location is close-by to tram station to getting downtown is easy. Nice little roof terrace. Some grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance which was nice. Overall, a convenient place from which you can discover Amsterdam. The friendly owner lives in the apartment below so very convenient.
