Beautiful mountain hut with stunning views

This mountain hut is a little jewel in the mountains. Built in stone and surrounded by a small garden equipped with table and benches, the house is the perfect home for a holiday immersed in mountain nature. It is located about at about 2000m altitude on the mountain slope where one of the Antagnod ski slopes passes, called Miniera. in winter you can put on your skis and go down to the Antagnod lifts. Unforgettable sunsets and sunrises with the view of the majestic Monte Rosa massif in front. In the evening the lights of Antagnod and Champoluc come on and lie just below. The hut consists of a living area with sofa, table and chairs, and an open kitchen area. From the living room you go down 2 steps in the corridor and you go to the two bedrooms: one double and one with 2 bunk beds, at the end of the corridor there is the bathroom with shower. The Baita can be reached along the municipal road, the parking is about 200 square meters from the house, and you have to walk a small path in the middle of 2 fields. In the kitchen there is: a small fridge, 4 gas burners, an oven and a dishwasher. In the living room there is a television and a DVD player. The house is comfortable and suitable for a family of 6 maximum.
Please note that the rental rate includes water consumption and internet but it does not include heating and electricity consumption : these are charged by checking the gas and electricity meters at the beginning and at the end of the stay. For this reason we ask guests to leave a deposit of 400 euros in cash, at the beginning of the stay.
Once the consumption has been calculated, should there be a balance , it is returned to the guest, should there be an extra cost it will be charged accordingly.
