Located at Grand Traverse Resort’s beach club “The Shores" on East Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy the beautiful beach with spectacular views & sunsets just a short walk from the condo. Our 1 bedroom condo is located on the top floor, corner unit. It's nestled in the woods which gives you extra privacy. Beautiful balcony receives plenty of sun and a pretty view of the trees.

Only 10 miles from the heart of downtown Traverse City and 10 miles from Elk Rapids. Just minutes from Grand Traverse Resort and Turtle Creek Casino. On-site shuttle service and transportation to and from Grand Traverse Resort and Spa and Turtle Creek Casino is now available!

Jet ski, paddle board and boat rentals are on site and available to rent through Blue Sky Rentals.

For the Golf Enthusiasts, there are three world-class championship golf courses less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort.

It's located 40 miles east of Sleeping Bear Dunes, named by Good Morning America as "The Most Beautiful Place in America" and named the #1 thing to do by TripAdvisor.

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons - a Historic 1884 hospital complex now a sprawling shopping & dining spot with arboretum & hiking is located 10 miles from our condo and Downtown Traverse City.

We allow up to 6 guests, ideally up to 4 adults and 2 small children. We offer a queen bed in the private bedroom, pull-out couch, and an air mattress. Please note, that with the air mattress, floor space gets tight with the pull-out, but can be done if the kitchen table is moved aside.

Quiet little jewel-box type nest

I thoroughly enjoyed spending a week here. It was quiet, but close enough to a main road to get anywhere I wanted to go pretty quickly. The way the buildings are set up, the view out the door-walls was pretty much trees, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Quiet, convenient to TC and great beach

Plenty of space for a family with two kids and big plus that both living and bedroom areas have access to balconies. No laundry in unit or stove but otherwise fully equipped and clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator is small but we knew that when we booked.

Had one issue with the air mattress but it was easy to get in touch with the owners and get it corrected. 'Nice beach and pool area.

Nice place to stay

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The pool was closed which was very disappointing but it was not one of the amenities listed so not the owners fault. If weather is really hot the a/c is not quite up to the task. Refrigerator leaks, but it works. Place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great beach!

Beautiful space in a great location

Great for a small annual girls trip to Traverse. The condo was clean, and communication with the property manager was very pleasant and accommodating. The condo was even filled with “extras” in case someone forgot to pack their own. Short walk to the beach where you can check out a sunset and relax by the water. Out of the hustle and bustle of downtown TC yet close enough to drive in. I would highly recommend this rental: comfortable, clean, updated, and convenient location to either stay in or head out to all the area’s attractions. Great experience!

Wonderful and quiet unit in a great location, right on the water!

We had a great time exploring TC -- this unit was a nice top corner unit which meant quiet evenings and nobody stomping around on top of you. The Shores is located right on a beautiful little beach, and a quick drive to the downtown area. We enjoyed touring wineries as well as Sleeping Bear Dunes, and found this location to be a great value for the price and location. The unit had everything we needed (four adults comfortably stayed two nights), and even extra bedding/linens. Would definitely stay again! Kyle was quick to respond to any inquiries, and a pleasure to book with. Thank you so much!

Wonderful beach condo!

We had a relaxing and fun getaway. The condo was airy and clean. It worked well for my husband and I and two 14 year olds. They slept comfortably on the sofa sleeper. The main room felt spacious having just what was needed. The condo was homey and comfortable. The microwave was not working and the back burner on the two burner stove was sketchy. Other than that we had everything we needed for a great stay! We also had beautiful weather! Thanks to Kyle for being so accommodating! We would love to return!

Rented Condo

Rented a condo thinking of thinking I was going to be able to cook my own meals for the week I would be there. NOPE, only 1 burner worked (smaller front one) and the high powered microwave was also broken, no oven and only a dorm sized fridge. But what made it worse was the cleanliness of the kitchen area, trying to open cupboards and drawers you could feel the grim and see the build up. VERY DISSAPOINTING! Thank Heaven there was a grow store so close, was able to get some disinfecting wipes, all the plastic products I would need to eat/drink from. Hoping this room gets some serious attention and updating over the winter season. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets, peaceful area. I come to the area at least twice yearly for work, hoping to try the area again or continue looking for that perfect fit.

Anniversary getaway

First time visiting this area and this was the perfect location to get to some the best tourist attractions in the area such as downtown traverse city, old mission peninsula, sleeping bear dunes, and torch lake. Also every nice to have such close access to a beach. Very cute, clean, cozy apartment.

Very clean!

The unit was very clean and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the unit overall had everything I could have ever needed. I liked that the overall property was very quiet, especially at night for sleeping. Very easy access to the water, local restaurants and activities.

This is a perfect place for traverse for a small group. It’s close to downtown traverse and the grand traverse bay resort. Very affordable and clean.
