One double bedroom and a futon style sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 guests in the sitting room. When linen is required for any guests for the sofa bed this will be charged as an extra. Our family business is hospitality. We grow produce in our Kitchen Garden that we deliver to our restaurant on a daily basis. The cottage is on the edge of the garden and has its own small herb garden in the private courtyard at the back of the property.

Why they chose this property

The local area is very beautiful. Although we are only 5 miles out of the city centre we are surrounded by the countryside. There are lots of beautiful walks and the famous Roslin Chapel is only a few miles away

What makes this property unique

The cottage was built in the 1870’s but has been refurbished significantly internally. It still holds the charm of a period property but has all the modern essentials you would need.
