Peacefully tucked away in a cul-de-sac just outside Windermere centre, Moss Bank is a particularly spacious and rather special property offering a certain elegance and charm that is sure to appeal to our discerning holidaymakers. Windermere is within a gentle 10-minute stroll where you will find a host of attractions, restaurants and shops, the town is well served by public transport so an ideal base for exploring the whole of the South Lakes without using your car.

Delightfully furnished and tastefully decorated, Moss Bank has been carefully prepared by the owners who have given much thought to providing for your every need. A well-equipped kitchen ensures you can get the very best out of your self-catering break whilst the comfortable lounge dining room is just the spot to enjoy a meal and some well-deserved precious time together. Lovely new bathrooms fitted in January 2024.

Beautiful property in a nice quiet area. Was a bit far to walk to the pub but sadly there weren't many pubs in Windermere. We had a couple of nice days in Bowness and Grasmere
