Villa Caracolillo MAR

The accommodation we offer, which sleeps 12 and features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an outdoor bathroom, is newly built, modern in style, and highly functional. It is designed to provide privacy while being very close to the beach, about 350 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the best entertainment area on La Barrosa Beach (restaurants serving national and international cuisine, bars, nightlife spots, ice cream shops, a bank branch, etc.). The area where we are located is the logistical hub of La Barrosa Beach, home to the Red Cross’s central services.
The living room, kitchen, pool terrace, and barbecue area are seamlessly integrated, designed so that all members of the group can come together and enjoy the space as a whole.
The living room has two sofas with a coffee table and a 65-inch TV. Access to the terrace or outdoor pergola, where the pool and barbecue are located, is through a panoramic sliding window. To open or close it, use the lever located to its left. If the lever is up, the window is closed; if it is down, the window is open.
The kitchen, which is on the same floor as the living room and is open to it, features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, water heater, capsule and regular coffee makers, an orange juicer, cutlery, dishes, etc. The washing machine and dryer are built into a cabinet.
The house is divided into two floors: the lower floor has a double bedroom with a 1.50-meter bed, and the upper floor has four bedrooms—two with double beds (one 1.50 metres and one 1.35 metres), another with two 90 beds, and the last with two bunk beds, each with a 90 bed. The 5th bedroom is optional and carries an additional charge; it also features a terrace with two armchairs and a table, and inside there is a desk with a chair. If guests wish, the room with the bunk beds can be exchanged for this fifth bedroom at no additional charge.
All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. Depending on the number of guests booked, each person will receive a set of small and large towels (these may not be used at the beach or for removing makeup or lotions) and the beds will be made with fresh sheets.
At the back of the house is the pool, with a large covered porch (the awnings must be retracted when it’s windy or when you’re away from the house) and a charcoal grill. The pool measures 7x3 m, with a maximum depth of 1.50 m and a minimum depth of 1.20 m. It features a small waterfall, which operates when the filtration system is running; if this is a nuisance, please notify the property management so they can adjust it.
There is a bathroom so you don’t have to go inside the house, as well as an outdoor shower with hot and cold drinking water.
Next to the barbecue, there is a sink (with hot and cold drinking water) and a worktop. Underneath the worktop and sink, there are cabinets for storing charcoal for the barbecue and other necessary supplies.
The outdoor faucets mounted on the exterior walls provide non-potable water.
The lighting in the garden and pool areas turns on and off automatically.

Access from the street or private car park to the house is via a very convenient ramp or a staircase.
The parking area is convenient to use and is at street level; it has space for three cars, and if they are medium-sized or small, four can fit.
The landscaping is tropical in style and features a century-old olive tree at the entrance.
The air conditioning is ducted, and the temperature can be set individually in each room to suit your preferences.
In addition to the 65-inch TV in the living room, there are two more 40-inch TVs in the two master bedrooms.
Internet is provided via fibre optics and can be accessed from either this house or the one next door, called CARACOLILLO or CARACOLILLO MAR; both use the same password: jansolar.
Since this is a quiet residential area, guests must respect the neighbors' quiet hours, and it is not permitted to organise events or parties that disturb these hours.
