Situated on the corner of Acland Hill and Allenhayes Road and within walking distance of the centre of town this first floor apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped, has excellent views of the estuary to South Pool and Snapes and has off street parking. ! (The premises is a first floor flat with access via stairs only and may not be suitable for people with disabilities.)
