Its large plot of 700 meters allows the house is surrounded by gardens on all sides, high fences transmit security, and are ideal if they have pets.

The house, 160 meters, has two floors. 4 rooms in total (2 double beds and 4 single beds) two full bathrooms one per floor, the kitchen at the bottom and the large living room upstairs connected to the large terrace overlooking the Peñon de Ifach, the magnificent private pool and the centennial carob. Down next to the pool two more large terraces, and in the back another one with barbecue.

Un chalet excelente. Para repetir

Chalet excelente. Urbanización muy tranquila cercana al pueblo, casa limpia y cómoda, piscina cuidada. El jardín es más grande que lo que se ve en las fotos. Nuestros perros han disfrutado de lo lindo. Deseando repetir. Gracias David por estar pendiente de todo.

Vacaciones Perfectas!!

LLegamos el lunes 22 de septiembre a la hermosa y cálida CasaMaite, ubicada en la ciudad de Calpe, Alicante. Primero hemos conocido a David, y nos ha acompañado hasta la casa, gracias David por tanta gentileza y por tanta disposición para con nosotros. La Casa es especial, es cómoda, muy amplia y super completa. Tiene de todo, pasando por horno, horno microondas, minipimer, parrilla, lavadora, todos los utensilios de cocina. Pasamos una semana como en nuestra propia casa. Zona muy tranquila y a sólo minutos de la ciudad, de los supermercados, de la playa. La semana se nos quedo corta. Esperamos volver muy pronto, y más días!!
