Superb location, clean and quiet

A lovely apartment that is clean, spacious, quiet and a great location. Double pane windows kept the street noise to a minimum while the air conditioning was so quiet it was bearly noticed. We walked to St Peter’s in about 10 minutes and the coliseum in 40. But taxi back. The owner responded immediately to any concern and was able to recommend a great restaurant two blocks away. This will be our choice when we come to Rome again.

Schöne und große Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr empfehlenswert! Füt Italien ist wichtig, dass im Winter eine Wohnung geheizt ist - das ist diese, man hält sich deswegen gerne hier auf. Alles ist neu und schön eingerichtet. Beste Lage in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe der Engelsburg. Alles, was man braucht, kann man in wenigen Schritten erreichen.

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Great location.

We had an excellent visit in Rome. Carletto is an excellent host! We were a 10-12 minute walk from the Vatican museum and St. Peter’s Basilica. To get to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hills, the #40 bus stop is about 5 min walk. Plenty of great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the gelato…the perfect way end to the day…or start the day. If you’re in good physical condition, walking to all of Ancient Rome is very easy. Use Google maps for directions. The apartment is very modern, comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathrooms. It’s quite spacious. If you visit Carletto’s place, keep a watch on jewelry…my wife’s engagement ring got misplaced. Tongue in cheek humor. Now she gets a bigger one. PS: if you find the ring, please give it to Carletto and he’ll forward to us. Ciao!
