Apartment "Rose House" is a beautiful property recently renovated located in the city of Machico and 10 minutes from the sea. Good areas, features a fully equipped kitchen and balcony Hot Tub Jacuzzi. The accommodation provides all bed linen and bath towels. It is a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach from Machico. The city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car and the airport is 5 minutes away. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea view.

Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr schön gelegenes, modernes Haus. Innen sowie außen. In der Wohnung ist es etwas eng (vielleicht wäre ein kleineres Sofa im Wohnzimmer besser), aber an sich ist alles Tip Top.Die Aussicht von der Wohnung über Machico ist traumhaft. Wenn man dann auch noch im Jakusi liegt und die genießt.... Wunderbar. Der Weg zum Wasser ist gerade Mal ca. 5 min. Zum Badestrand mit dem einzigen tollen Sand auf der Insel dann aber nochmal gut 5 min mehr. Im Ort gibt es, auch fußläufig, alles was man so braucht.Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Lautstärke. Wenn man ein Stadtmensch ist, ist das vielleicht normal, aber für uns war es sehr laut (so viele Idioten müssen auch des nachts noch allen kundtun was sie für tolle Autos oder Motorräder haben) und so konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster halbwegs gut schlafen. Da die Wohnung aber keine Klimaanlage hat, kann das sehr warm werden dann.... Nicht gut wenn man es kühler zum Schlafen mag.
