VENTIMIGLIA tra Montecarlo/Costa Azzurra, Sanremo, Dolceacqua, Seborga... L'alloggio di 50 mq. appena ristrutturato, con stile e tutti i confort, si trova in posizione strategica: a due passi dal mare, dal "Mercato del Venerdì" (famoso in Europa), non lontano da stazione, supermercati, ristoranti, gelaterie, dal nuovo porto Cala del Forte... Offriamo indicazioni per agevolare il Vs. soggiorno e convenzioni con alcuni locali e negozi, per farvi vivere al meglio la Vs. vacanza tra spiagge e monti.
In pieno centro città, a due passi dal mare.
Nei pressi del palazzo c'è un supermercato sempre aperto, negozi, farmacie, gelaterie, banche. La stazione non è lontana e la posizione è agevole anche per i mezzi pubblici (bus per Sanremo o altre località). Zona poco trafficata e centralissima.
Il venerdì è giorno di mercato: vengono a Ventimiglia molti turisti, in particolare francesi. Non si può posteggiare sul lungomare ed in alcune strade che saranno occupate dalle bancarelle sin dalle ore 6 del mattino: pertanto attenzione a dove si parcheggia. Leggere bene i cartelli. Daremo volentieri suggerimenti.

We had an excellent stay. The host Carlo was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help us to ensure our stay was amazing. The property is situated within a pocket that you feel like a local and have train station within walking distance, grocery, cafes and the famous Ventimilglia market all just around the corner.

Great stay

Freshly renovated apartment which exceeded our expectations by far. The kitchen is fairly good equipped with oil, some spices and some coffee for the start. Great location with short ways to the beach and all the shopping possibilities! Contact to Carlo was very easy on whatsapp in English. I can definitely recommend this apartment!

Fantastic Hosts! One of the best we've stayed in! We are world travelers and have had the benefit of staying in some world class hotels and this one is by far one of the best places we've experienced. Carlo was amazing he offered some great recommendations for dinner which we absolutely tried...he gave us a fantastic "self guided walking tour"of Old town Ventimiglia which offered a history we would have probably never found on our own. We only were able to stay 1 night on this charming city but we want to come back and explore more of it's rich history. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome your warm apartment had all the comforta of home for us non Italian speakers and to be able to sign into my own Amazon prime and watch an American movie on TV was PERFECT! Beds were comfortable shower was hot..even has a Washer (no dryer but a more than adequate close line worked just fine!). Can't say enough about this perfect GEM!!!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Aufenthalt war im März. Die Wohnung ist gut beheizbar. Der Standort ist gut gelegen. Es ist alles, (Meer, Markthalle, Altstadt) zu Fuss erreichbar.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr einfach. Carlo war sehr hilfsbereit und ein Top Ansprechpartner.
