Sleeping up to six guests, Lime Kiln Farm is the ideal location from which to explore the North York Moors, the city of York, and of course a day trip to the North Yorkshire coast is a must. Family and a friends will not be disappointed when they arrive at this spacious retreat surrounded by countryside.

Enter this impressive three bedroomed, detached farmhouse with original features through the boot room leading you into the large well-equipped kitchen with french doors opening out onto the garden. Step up into the dining area boasting a cosy Aga providing warmth throughout the ground floor with a dining table seating six guests where you can catch up after a busy day exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, feasting on local Yorkshire produce. Three reception rooms: a small study, snug and large comfortable sitting room are simply ideal and will provide everyone with the opportunity to relax and unwind in their own space or gather around playing your favourite board games.

Take the feature staircase to three bright bedrooms; the south-facing king-size Meadow bedroom with an ornamental fireplace and views across the open countryside; the twin Bee bedroom; and the Sheep bedroom, also with twin beds, all of which have a charming feel to them. Decorated with flair, the bold and vibrant extensive family bathroom complements the overall ambiance of Lime Kiln Farm.

To the rear of the property sits the apple tree orchard over-looking panoramic views of the local countryside for you to enjoy at your leisure. Seating for up to six guests by the summer house is the perfect spot for outside dining and sipping a glass of wine on a balmy summers evening.

You really are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out in this popular area of the North York Moors; take a 20-minute drive to The Star Inn at Harome, a delightful Michelin starred restaurant for a special occasion, or alternatively head to Malton for some traditional Yorkshire fayre in one of the many local pubs.

Designated parking at the side of the property. Please park in front of the the garage doors.
Please keep the gates closed and the driveway clear for 24hr access in order for the farmer to access the out-buildings if required.

Children and infants are welcome please bring your own cot, highchair is provided.
One adult dog welcome, sorry no puppies, from March to October only. Please ask to add on booking. (Small additional charge)
The Aga is a heat source and not to be used for cooking purposes.
There are various floor levels/steps on both the ground and first floor.
