A wonderful house to fully enjoy with family and friends—we offer our guests a beautiful, clean home that we hope our valued guests will treat as if it were their own. We hope they enjoy it, keep it clean, and do not smoke or use drugs inside. We have a key system; you’ll receive the code when you begin your self-check-in process. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We appreciate you staying at the Sunshine House… The garage is not available for use. The garage on the property is a small studio… The studio is a separate unit from the main house… Neither the property nor I am responsible for children in the pool area without adult supervision, since the pool does not have a protective mesh for children… Adults are responsible for children in the pool area… Pool hours: from dawn to dusk. Even if you have a prescription, an additional fee of $250 will be charged if the house smells of cigarettes. * Please note that no illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Do not park outside the entrance area or in common areas shared with other neighbors; maximum of 6 cars...* Parents of children on the property are fully responsible for their children in the pool area. The host is not responsible for any death or injury related to the group. * CHILDREN MUST BE WITH A RESPONSIBLE ADULT IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES. * The host is not liable for any incidents; use the pool at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty... Do not flush paper, baby wipes, or any other unusual items down the toilet. Thank you... During the night, please do not disturb your neighbors with loud music or noise (the house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of the city). Additional rules: No parties or events (unless the host is invited). No smoking. The property does not have a garage.
