One of the best places I have stayed at.

Excellent charming host. Well appointed Villa with superb facilities and extremely well equipped. There is more there than described in the listing. An excellent base to explore good restaurants close by. Five adults and our dog had a great time in a very safe environment. Piero the owner is accommodating and willing to help it was all very easy for us.

Perfect week in Tuscany

Piero was a great host and helped straight away with any questions, and the villa itself was perfect for the holiday we had in mind as a group of friends and family. We had several meals on the terrace as the sun went down - it's a truly stunning location. The villa is very well equipped, it had everything we could have needed and more. The gardens and pool are very well maintained and provided a very relaxing space that we all made the most of. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Piero and Villa Sara.

The Sweet Flavor of Tuscany - Home Away From Home

I visit Villa Sara in April 2014. The Villa was fabulous. I liked the layout of the rooms, with bedrooms separate from living and kitchen space. It was extremely clean and bright. The house had many amenities, including a fitness area. The pool was a plus, as many of my families require a pool. The close proximity to the sea is often a priority for my clients, as is the choice of sea and pool. Mr. Bellandi was very responsive to my questions regarding the house and the area. He was kind enough to give me a tour of the area, so that I could give a proper description of villa and are to my clients. I highly recommend a stay at Villa Sara. Kathleen, New York, USA

Great house for two families in a wonderful location!

We just finished a two week holiday at this house, together with another family. The house was nicer than in the photos. The garden was really beautiful and fully fenced, perfect for our five kids to run around in. The house was nicely divided into two separate areas which was perfect for our two families. It is a nice peaceful location and close to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We ate every evening on the wonderful terrace which was up high and had a breeze to keep the mosquitoes away. We were grateful for the air conditioning because it was unusually warm this year in September. Probably the best part of the deal was Piero- he is incredibly responsive and has a lot of tips and information, it was like having our own personal travel agent. He was willing to help with all kinds of requests- checking if the ferry was running to cinque terre and even returning to a grocery store and restaurant to help search for a lost wallet. It was also really really convenient to be able to use his beach club each day. We will definitely return to Villa Sara again!!!! Excellent value for money.

Tolles Haus in einer tollen Lage

Tolles Haus und tolles Grundstück, es war fast alles vorhanden, ein Staubsauger hat gefehlt aber sonst alles ausreichend vorhanden. Der vermieter kam sofort, wenn wir ein problem hatten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhige u s schöne Lage

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, jedoch ist einiges zu machen. Kleiderschrank lässt sich keine Tür verschließen. Geschirr ist viel zu wenig. Sauna,Jacuzzi im Garten nicht zu benutzen. Schimmel in beiden Bäder.

Liebe Sabine, wenn ich von den Problemen gewusst hätte, hätte ich eingegriffen. Die Sauna funktioniert, es reichte, sie oben dort einzuschalten, wo sich der Schutz befindet. Der Whirlpool funktioniert auch, füllen Sie einfach die Wanne bis zum Sensor. Ich habe es gerade versucht. Der Kleiderschrank hat ein kaputtes Scharnier. gebrochen von der Familie, die dir vorausging. Dann habe ich mich darüber geärgert, dass wir uns verabschiedet haben und du mir gesagt hast, dass alles in Ordnung sei, und jetzt erfahre ich, was du mir geschrieben hast.

Wunderbare Lage und grandios angelegter Garten

Das Beste ist tatsächlich die ruhige Lage der wirklich bemerkenswerte Garten, der eine erstaunliche Dimension hat. Nachteilig ist eindeutig, dass das Objekt schon sehr viel, Reparaturstau aufweist, auch wenn es oft nur Kleinigkeiten sind, wie eine "undichte Kaffeemaschine", nur 3 funktionierende Kochplatten, sehr wenig Geschirr, nicht funktionierende Dusche beim Pool usw. Aber dennoch war der Urlaub sehr schön, weil die Lage und die Ruhe vieles wieder kompensiert haben. Wir haben die Tage genossen.

Mooie villa met prachtige tuin

Fijn verblijf op rij afstand van het strand, Pisa, Luca, en andere steden. Het huis heeft een prachtige tuin met zwembad, verschillende zitplekjes en een mooi balkon terras. Fijn dat er overal airco is in het huis. Sommige faciliteiten buiten ( zoals de stenen bbq en de wellness in de tuin etc. hebben wel wat onderhoud nodig).

Wunderschöner großer Garten und herrliche Terrasse

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Garten und Terrasse sind das besondere Highlight des Anwesens. Leider hatten wir den Eindruck, dass wir die ersten Gäste in diesem Jahr waren und noch nicht alles vorbereitet war. Deswegen keine volle Punktzahl. Vielen Dank Piero.

Schönes Anwesen mit tollem Garten

Wir waren eine Woche hier in Camaiore. Es ist ein traumhafter Garten mit schönen Pool. Einige Dinge sollten tatsächlich mal renoviert werden. Der Hausbesitzer hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn mal Probleme auftraten. Andere Dinge konnten einfach nicht „geregelt“..z.B. der Tennisplatz…gelle Piero 😉. Aber trotzdem…ein schönes Plätzchen. Nähe vom Meer und Toskana Land.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Mängeln

Die 2stöckige Ferienwohnung, die Besitzerin wohnt im Parterre, ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der große überdachte Balkon bietet einen weiträumigen Blick in den riesigen Garten, der viele Aktivitäten zulässt. Schade, dass Wohnung wie Garten sichtbare Abnutzung und mangelnde Pflege zeigen, wie z.B. Spülmaschine defekt, teilweise Lichter ausgefallen, Schlösser an Kleiderschränken schlecht Zu schließen, defekte Küchenutensilien. Positiv war, dass bei Mangelanzeige sofortige Behebung versucht wurde. Einsehbarer Garten-Bereich der Besitzerin noch ungepflegter. Fazit: Abgesehen von den Mängeln ist das Haus, Garten, Pool und Ausstattung sehr schön in ruhiger, etwas versteckter Lage.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Piero verlief sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön, hatte einige kleine Mängel die ausbesserungswürdig sind. Dieses hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und wunderschön. Der Pool ist sehr groß und toll. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine doch sehr sehr enge Straße, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Der Ausblick vom Grundstück entschädigt einen dafür sofort. Insgesamt, trotz kleiner Mängel im Haus, absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir (Familie 11,15, Eltern 40+ und Großeltern 65+) konnten eine tolle Woche auf diesem riesigen Grundstück mit tollem Pool (kurze 10m Bahnen konnte man schwimmen und tiefste Stelle 1,60m), Tischtennisplatte, Badminton/Tennisplatz verbringen. Der freundliche Vermieter Pietro hilft über WhatsApp bei allen Problemchen/Wünschen. Check in und Check out problemlos. Grundstück liegt versteckt und von der Hauptstraße führt eine enge Straße zum Grundstück. GOOGLE findet den Weg und auch größere Autos passen noch durch die Straße 😉 Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im landestypischen Haus. Standards waren vorhanden und funktionierten. Der Sonnenuntergang war ein Traum, vorallem von der großen Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Abend verweilten. Grills sind vorhanden. Fußläufig (15min) fanden wir eine sehr leckere Pizzeria. Ansonsten gelangt man mit Auto in 10min zum nächsten Supermarkt oder in die nahegelegenen Orte ....

Vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis zum Ende unsere Ferien hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Villa war perfekt für uns und wir haben den Pool sowie die ausgezeichnete Lage genossen. Der Hausmeister war zu jeder Zeit äusserst hilfsbereit.

Traumurlaub für die Familie

Wir haben als grosse Familie (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) eine wunderschöne Woche Anfang August 2021 verbracht. Riesiges Grundstück mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten (Tennis, Tischtennis, mehrere Grillplätze...), dazu ein toller Pool, den meine Kinder geliebt haben! Bei der Anfahrt lohnt sich die Navigation mit Google Maps, hier findet man Villa Sarah als Sonderziel und wird über die winzigen kleinen Strassen zum Ziel gelotst, unsere Navigationssysteme in den Autos hatten da keine Chance ^^. Wir kommen wieder!!

La Toscane au top

La propriété est splendide, un jardin extraordinaire, superbement aménagé, au milieu de la nature et pourtant si proche de la ville et de la mer ! Un havre de paix. Un service efficace et rapide, équipements extérieurs au-delà de nos attentes : piscine, ping ping, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna, équipements sportifs, plusieurs terrasses, plusieurs barbecues... la liste est longue. Ménage hebdo, linge (draps, serviettes) remplacés toutes les semaines. Pour finir, Pierrot est sympathique, disponible, Un superbe séjour à recommander sans réserve !

Eine tolle Woche in der Toskana

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2021 eine Woche mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 und 17 Jahre) in der Villa Sara verbracht. Das gesamte Anwesen ist extrem groß und bietet unglaublich viel Abwechslung. Großer Pool mit Whirlpool-Düsen, Outdoor Wellness Bereich mit Sauna und Sportgeräten, Tischtennisplatte und sogar ein Rasen-Tennisplatz, mehrere Grillplätze - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen und mehr geeignet. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Piero, der Vermieter, hat sofort nach der Buchung Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und war immer für alle Fragen verfügbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Die Villa Sara können wir mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Haus, Garten, Pool,. Umgebung waren sehr schön. Viareggio bietet einen sehr schönen Strand. Piero ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Für zwei Familien mit Kindern ideal.
