Summer holidays 2023

We have really enjoyed staying at the apartment of Greg this summer. It’s a new apartment, fully equipped, nicely decorated in a modern beach style. The view is just great : on one side the beach, on the other side the mountains. It is located in a residential area so it’s very calm. There is a large swimming pool and several sandy beaches within walking distance. Many thanks to Greg for the tips ! We have discovered nice restaurants close to the apartment. It’s a good place to discover the region. The old city of Denia is at 15mn by car or by bus. We have enjoyed riding a bike among the orange groves and discovered the mediterranean hinterland. I recommend it !

Ein Penthouse was den Namen verdient

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt, alles was man benötigt ist in sehr guter Qualität ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist umlaufend, so dass immer Sonne oder Schatten vorhanden ist.

Perfekt! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit schönen rundum Blick. Man kann sich nicht entscheiden, wo man am liebsten sitzen möchte. Drinnen wie draußen ist es super schön. Wo kann ich anfangen mit der Bescreibu g? Alles neu und sauber, exklusive Anlage mit tollem Pool, in dem oft fast allein ist. Tolle Küche, neue und gute Betten, Handtücher, alles neu. Alles perfekt

Vacances formidables. Le logement correspond exactement à celui qui figure sur l'annonce (description et photos). Il est moderne, très propre et parfaitement équipé. La vue sur la magnifique piscine, la mer et la montagne est super. Le propriétaire (Greg) est très réactif et à l'écoute des futurs locataires. Je conseille cette location sans aucun point négatif.

Mooie penthouse in El Vergel

Een heel mooi en schoon appartement waarin je alles vindt wat je nodig hebt. Om naar Denia te gaan heb je wel de auto nodig. Diverse grote supermarkten in de buurt. Het strand is op loopafstand met leuke restaurants. Greg is een hele fijne host! Een klein dingetje: er is geen werkende WiFi. Ondanks het wel wordt aangegeven.
