They arranged transport from the airport for us, but they didn't show. The office was supposed to be open at 8am, but we finally had to wake someone up at 9am to let us in. The key they gave us to the apt building was the wrong one. The batteries in several remotes were dead. Lots of light bulbs were burnt out (3 out of 4 in one bathroom alone.) These were all minor inconveniences, but the biggest issue was that the power kept going out. The first day it went out about every 20 mins, causing us to reset the circuit breaker each time. To manage the power the rest of our stay, we had to close off non-critical rooms and turn off the A/C units. When we complained, they ensured us that customer service was important to them, yet the did nothing to remediate the situation.
