Latina Terrace VI apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.

The apartment:

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. Next, on the left hand side, is the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed, and one with two single beds.
It has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public parking lot within approximately 150 meters from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

To take into account:

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
