Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Slipper Bath, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. . Enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Ty Fferm Hen is a farmhouse dating back to the 16th century with open plan living with double sofa bed, wood burner and Smart TV, to the first floor there is a family room with a double bed and two single beds, along with a family bathroom with free standing bath and shower attachment. Out is an enclosed garden with barbecue. Set on the owners 34 acre farm with walks to be had on the Usk Valley Trail straight from the door, with fabulous views of the Sugar Loaf and full Black Mountain range. It is also a great location for star gazers as the property is in the Brecon Beacons National Park and is an International Dark Sky Reserve. Talybont-on-Usk has a fabulous village shop and café, bike hire and plenty of pubs that serve food to choose from. There is plenty to see and do in the area, for those cycling enthusiasts why not take a ride down the Monmouthshire canal into Brecon which is approximately 5 miles with its mass of history including the The Royal Welsh Regimental Museum, Brecon cathedral, great for a meander in the sunshine, plenty of coffee shops restaurants and galleries to visit in Brecon town.
