About this property
112 Calpeplace with large terrace, wifi and pool
Nice and cozy one-bedroom apartment with sofa bed, full bathroom with bathtub, living room with kitchenette and a large 25m2 terrace, ideal for sunbathing and sharing lunch and dinner. It has individual fiber optic internet access and air conditioning / heating in the living room.
The building is located on the first/second line of the beach and consists of a green area with natural grass, a community pool and shared tennis courts.
A few kilometers away there are important leisure attractions such as: TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, BENIDORM PALACE… In our office we also sell discount tickets to these parks.
In July and August street parking is paid, but the rest of the year it is free. About 100 meters away, there is the bus stop to go to the center or to take a walk and see all the points of Calpe. The bus can leave the traveler at the train stop so that they can visit the nearby towns without taking the car and enjoying spectacular views from the train.
