Only Friends B&B • City Centre Apt| Modernised| Family Friendly!

We rent out a private apartment with your own entrance, downstairs from our living to guests around the world. An amazing location. We are also very close to the Vondelpark which is ideal for families or if you want to take a morning walk/run. Please note: The apartment can be booked for a maximum of a 5 night stay.

Apartment Main Features:
* City centre location just 5 minutes walk from the Rijksmuseum & Van Gogh museum.
* Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and new furniture.
* Two SwissSense double beds can be setup in doubles or singles.
* WIFI, cable connection & SMART tv for Netflix.
The apartment was renovated in January 2020 with new flooring and beds. The bedroom area is equipped with 2 new SwissSense kingsize beds 180x200 these can also be separated into 4 singles for a comfortable night. We are equipped to cater for maximum 4 guests, please be aware this includes children and infants. That means 4 guests in total no matter what age, if you do have an infant included in your party of 4 please feel free to first contact me as we have a travel cot and highchair available.

The luxurious bathroom has a rain shower with soap and shampoo.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Wonderful location

I am so glad I am made the decision to book here. The property located was great. We packed a ton in while we in Amsterdam and this was the perfect homebase. Close to restaurants and the tram. The space was clean with everything we needed an more.

A stay

Karanne’s place was absolutely ideal for myself, husband, and our young kids. The location was awesome, easy walking distance or tram to anywhere we wanted to go. Karanne’s personal touches on the stay were so appreciated - it seems like she really enjoys making her guests comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend for your trip to Amsterdam!

Perfect!

The location is absolutely fantastic! We stayed in many places around the city and this was by far the best. Tons of restaurants, bars, cafes and a shot stroll to museums and various attractions. The owners are wonderful and so helpful. The space is ultra clean and well done. Clearly a remodeled basement, it has plenty of natural light into the kitchen/ dining area and the sleeping area has excellent lighting (even nice ambiance lights next to each bed). They stocked it with water, beer, lots of coffee and teas and even little candies and fresh flowers! It’s absolutely perfect!

Great stay!

We stayed for 6 nights with our two teenaged kids. The apartment was perfect for us, and the location was incredibly convenient for whatever we wanted to do. It is adjacent to many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, groceries etc. and was very easy by foot or tram to get to the various museums, and attractions we visited. Central station is easy to get to by tram for day trips out of town etc. The apartment was very appointed, clean and comfortable, and had all the things we needed (coffee, beer, tea, candies, extra towels etc.) to make our stay great. Karanne was super friendly and welcoming. She contacted me a few days in advance with instructions, and her husband met us there to check us in. She checked in with us periodically just to see if we needed anything and replaced the towels and trash after a few days which was great considering you are typically on your own at most apartments we have stayed at. We loved staying there and would definitely go back! Highly recommend.

Karanne was so welcoming and helpful! The location was great, as was the apartment. It was so easy to get everywhere he wanted to go and they were so helpful. The apartment was great for us and 2 teenage girls.
