Spanish Steps Spacious Apartment

Lovely spacious apartment 100 sqm in a great location to reach in a few minutes the most important attractions in Rome such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain,Piazza Navona, Pantheon,Piazza del Popolo,Villa Borghese,Sant’Angelo Castle and many others.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom and a single bedroom ,both with a wardrobe; ,a large living room with wooden ceiling and parquet floor, a double sofa bed, table with seats, tv. One bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen has a table with seats, dishwasher, washing machine, plates, glasses, pots, pans, kettle, microwave, fridge.

Our guests will have free use of internet wifi, heating, bed linens and towels, iron and iron board.

Metro stop line A " Flaminio" and is 500 meters from the house as the stop of tram n 2 that will allow you to reach in 15 minutes the Olympic Stadium, the Auditorium "Parco della Musica",MaXXI museum.

To reach the house from airports and train station we can always provide a pick up with our private driver that will wait for you inside the airport or train station and drive you right in front of the house.

To reach the house from Fiumicino airport can take the train or bus to Termini train station, then from there the Metro line A

(direction Piazza Battistini) to the stop Flaminio ( 4 stops) and the house will be just 500 meters away.

From Ciampino airport can take the Bus to Termini train station, then from there the Metro line A

(direction Piazza Battistini) to the stop Flaminio ( 4 stops) and the house will be just 500 meters away.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

For stay longer than 28 days, electricity and gas are paid according to consumption.

(Electricity €0,50/Kw and €1,40 m/cubo). A deposit for utilities of € 200 will be required for long term stays.
