Bright and spacious villa with private garden in an excellent, peaceful location on the Monferrato hills, a stone's throw from the historic center of Castell'Alfero.Ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with your family, excellent as a base for discovering the splendid Monferrato or spending productive days of smart working thanks to the bright living area and the internet connection provided by the house.
The villa consists of two floors above ground for a total of about 200 square meters available to guests.
Ground floor:
Large living room with TV, library area with very modern and tasteful furnishings, large peninsula kitchen, dining room and the first bathroom with bath tub.
Upstairs:
Hallway, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with double shower, washing machine and intimate sun terrace. On the outside:A garden suitable for relaxing and grilling with friends. You could meet the house cat that will brighten your stay.For those who wish, it is possible to use the e-bike service to discover the enchanting hilly area that surrounds it. In addition, Roberta, an expert tour guide, will welcome you and offer you guided tours to discover Asti, Turin, Alba and Monferrato.

Prachtig huis in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving.
Grote woning met alle voorzieningen aanwezig.
Het was een prettig verblijf met een goed werkende airco op de eerste verdieping.
We misten alleen relax stoelen voor buiten en misschien is een airco op op de begane grond ook geen overbodige luxe in de toekomst als het steeds warmer wordt op deze aardbol.

Thanks for the review! The air conditioning on the first floor has just been installed and on the ground floor there is a fan. In the garden there is a swing, a deck chair and some chairs with a table for dining in the open air. Your opinion is very important to us! 🤗
