Beautiful little house perfect for traveling with young children

We had a wonderful time in this house surrounded by an anazing garden. The house is only a short walk of about 10-12 minutes away from the beach. The house owners Antonio and Felicita were very helpful, made a late check in possible and always made sure that we have a lovely time. We can absolutely recommend this place.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem wunderschönen Garten. Alles super gepflegt. Morgensonne auf der Terasse. Zugang zum Naturschutzgebiet Biderosa in 2 Minuten, schöner Strand in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Supernette, aufmerksame Gastgeber!!!Herzlichen Dank für alles.Wir kommen wieder.

Italianità vom Feinsten

Sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses in wunderbar gepflegtem Garten mit farbenfrohen Blumen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, hat sogar Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster. Herzliche Gastgeber, die alles tun, damit man sich schnell zuhause fühlt. Antonio hat uns sogar an der Bushaltestelle in Sos Alinos abgeholt, half uns mit dem Einkauf und bei der E-bike-miete, so daß wir bestens ohne Auto all die schönen Strände bis Orosei entdecken konnten. Biderosa, das nahgelegene Naturschutzgebiet in Fussdistanz bietet einen herrlichen Kontrast mit vielen Pflanzen, Tieren, Seen und Hügeln mit wunderbarster Aussicht.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufentalt in der Villa Hyacinth!! Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und das Grundstück ist großzügig und schön gepflegt. Die Gartendusche unter den Sternen ein Highlight des Anwesens. Die Lage ist auch super, ruhig und dennoch nicht weit vom Strand - mit Kindern ca. 15 Minuten zur Cala Ginepro.

Geräumiges Haus in super Lage

Gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit 2 Kinderzimmern, einem Schlafzimmer für die Eltern und einem Wohnbereich. Die Lage, so nah am Strand und direkt an der Biderrosa ist ideal für alle die den Mix aus Bade- und Wanderurlaub wollen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war auf italienisch aber dank Smartphone heutzutage kein Hindernis. Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Felicita und Antonio war absolut unkompliziert per WhatsApp, wenn auch nur auf italienisch möglich. Das Haus ist sehr nett eingerichtet und wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl gefühlt. In der Tat sieht das Haus viel besser in echt als auf den Fotos aus. Betten sind bequem, Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich am Abend für uns. Ausserdem auch die Waschmaschine und Gasherd sowie Grill, auf dem wir uns ab und ans selbst bekochten oder gegrillt haben. Die Grundausstattung hätte Spülmittel und etwas mehr WC-Papier und Haushaltsrolle gebrauchen können, aber in den nahegelegenen Supermärkten ist alles schnell besorgt. Der Strand, welcher 10 Fuss- oder 3 Autominuten entfernt ist, war sehr sauber, kaum überlaufen und bestach durch top Wasserqualität. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und der Aufenthalt lädt zur Wiederholung ein.

Meravigliosa sorpresa

Insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 10gg in questa meravigliosa casa con ampio giardino verde, esattamente come mostrata nelle foto. Essa è collocata in una zona tranquilla ed a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia di Cala Ginepro e a pochi chilometri dalle bellissime oasi di Biderosa e Berchida. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la cordialità dei proprietari Antonio e Felicita, meravigliose persone sempre pronte e disponibili, ma discrete, ad accoglierci al nostro ritorno con due chiacchiere e sempre pronte ad offrirci buonissimi dolci (preparati in casa dalla signora Felicita) e frutta di casa propria. La conclusione perfetta della nostra vacanza è stata la cena insieme alla loro famiglia ed altri ospiti amici (negli appartamenti a fianco, anch'essi affittati), a base di cucina sarda, vino e buonissimo mirto preparato sempre da Felicita. Concludo, ripetendomi, che la nostra vacanza a Villa Giacinto è stata meravigliosa!

Oasi di pace

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Casa comoda e pulita, rilassante il giardino ben curato dai proprietari. Posizione ottimale, 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere le spiagge dei Giardini e si Sa Prama oltre ad alcuni ristoranti nei paraggi. Molto dispinibile il proprietario.
