Place was beautifully detailed, well maintained, clean bright and extremely comfortable.Kitchen was amazing, including wood burning fireplace to take chill off and set cozy tone.Sebastiano was always available to assist as much or little as required.We will return !

Gorgeous Tuscany Unit!

Sebastian is a fantastic host. Communication was excellent and he provided a very well written pamphlet with itineraries of places to go and restaurants to try. The unit was modern and clean with an incredible view. The pool is beautiful.and a nice. We hope to return!

Perfetto!

This was a beautiful home with beautiful views. Great communication. I’m only sorry we didn’t stay longer. It was four magical nights in Tuscany. We will definitely return for our next Italian trip. **You need a car if you stay here. Rosennano is a tiny hamlet.

We just returned from a seven day stay at this amazing property. The views from inside the house as well as the private garden are out of a Tuscan dream! We spent most days relaxing in and next to the amazing pool. The days were hot and the air conditioning provided a nice respite. The location was close to explore many towns. One day we hired a driver who took us on an incredible adventure to San Gimignano, and two family run wineries. The rest of the time we explored on our own. The road from the west is definitely the preferred way to enter the property. We accidentally took the road on the east side one evening and saw a family of wild boar, which was an adventure! My children age is 14 and 12 absolutely loved the property as well. We had family photos taken in the small town of Rosennano and around the hillside, which are the best photos we have ever had on vacation. I am seriously not exaggerating when I say this was the best place we’ve ever stayed at, just book it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Sebastiano!!

Prachtige view vanuit huis en tuin. Huis is goed ingericht en alles aanwezig. Goed meubilair. Geluid vanuit huis bovenburen te goed te horen in de tuin Mooi zwembad en zeer schoon, echter gebruik eten/drinken niet toegestaan. Toegangsweg naar huis is gravelweg en duurt 5-10 min.

Amazing place with an insane view! This is a hidden gem if you want to stay in Tuscany close to many great wine producers and restaurants. The only thing i would mention is to keep in mind that it’s a 20 mins drive to the closest grocery store, but that’s also part of the charm of this remote location, that you are far from services and other villages. I would definitely book again, the set up was insane!

Siamo stati lì a maggio per una settimana. Avevamo già soggiornato in questo posto a Rosennanno due anni fa. In entrambe le occasioni abbiamo apprezzato l’accoglienza di Sebastiano, la straordinaria bellezza del luogo (che paesaggio magnifica) e il silenzio! La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, persino di un tostapane; il soggiorno è confortevole, e anche le camere da letto e la sala da pranzo sono molto belle. Se ne avremo l’opportunità, torneremo senza esitazione in questo luogo meravigliose.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist schön, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und die Zimmer waren selbst bei über 30 Grad draußen kühl, so dass wir die Klimaanlage nicht benötigt haben. Die Aussicht ist einmalig, genau wie die Ruhe, die wir gesucht und gefunden haben. Wir hatten 10 erholsame Tage in Rosennano.

Lovely relaxation area. You will get a good nights sleep. Views are over the top. I

We enjoyed and loved being in the country but if you don’t want remote on gravel road part of way it’s not for you.
