Great Place

There was 6 of us. It was a great place. Great location. Walked everywhere. The only thing - and it wasn't a problem - was that looking at the picture, it looks like condo is right on beach. It's actually across the street. That was no big deal.

Fantastic apartment and location

This is the perfect places to stay in Juan Les Pins!! The apartment has everything you need and it was very clean. We can´t find any negative to say about the apartment. It was easy to go to the train station and bus stop, just i few minutes away. The landlord was very nice and helpful when we send message to him!! We really appreciates that!! :) It was a little bit hard to understand Brigitte, who was meeting us when we arrived, becaus she could not speak so good English. For us it was ok anyway because she was so nice(we used Google translate. :) ). It´s a perfect location if you have kids, just in front of the beach. Wunderbar! Eine fantastische Aussicht von einem großen Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer. Angenehm große Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man so braucht. Toller, und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der immer schnell geantwortet hat.Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pris entre la chaussée et les passants coté façade et voie ferrée coté arrière, l'appartement est très peu propice au sommeil. L'isolation phonique doit être renforcée, en particulier au niveau des caissons de volet... Pour le reste, tout est satisfaisant, de l'amabilité de l'accueil, jusqu'à l'équipement de l'appartement en passant par la literie ou la vue sur mer

parfait, conforme et simple

arrivée a la location avec un peu d'avance, nous étions attendu comme prévu. la literie est excellente, la double orientation de l'appartement est très agréable et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement en cas de besoin. la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est très agréable . merci

Superbe séjour les pieds dans l'eau

Bel appartement très spacieux comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Splendide vue panoramique sur la baie. La rue passante est un peu bruyante et les doubles vitrages ont été appréciés la nuit ainsi que la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Notre accueil par Brigitte a été très sympathique et ses conseils les bienvenus. On a passé de belles soirées sur la terrasse et nous revenons avec de superbes photos. !

bel appartement

bel appartement - très spacieux - bien équipé -très bien situé en face de la plage (50m) grand balcon - commerces a proximité - isolation intérieure un peu juste .... surtout s'il y a du monde au dessus - 3 chambres avec des vrais lits de 140 cm de largeur - bonne literie -+ garage en sous sol eu peu juste si vous avez une grosse voiture ... il y a de grandes chances que nous y retournerons ... a noter que Mr André (propriétaire) et Mme Brigitte (qui s'occupe sur place) sont très sympatiques et correctes.

Un appartement très qualitatif !

Idéalement situé face à la plage, tous commerces à proximité. On peut vivre sans utiliser la voiture, ce qui est un avantage compte tenu de la circulation urbaine souvent difficile en pleine saison... L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux , très bien équipé et doté d'une belle terrasse. Propriétaires fiables, très sympathiques et prévenants. Carine et Gonzague

Appartement très confortable et emplacement formidable

Une semaine de rêve à Juan les Pins. Excellent accueil par la représentante du propriétaire, appartement très confortable et très bien équipé , même pour des personnes comme nous qui aimons cuisiner ; mieux que dans le descriptif et sur les photos. Une vue merveilleuse sur la baie de Juan les Pins, avec une très grande terrasse permettant à plus de 6 personnes de manger en extérieur sans être serré. La plage en face de l'appartement offre le luxe de se baigner quand on le souhaite. Tout Juan les Pins (restaurants, commerces, rues animées ... accessible à pied. Parking pour la voiture très appréciable!
