Lovely stay at Villa Moreno

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-equipped, villa. Fantastic pool, which benefits from the sun for most of the day, plus a great naya that is perfect for dining in the shade.

Small and Cozy

Looks beautiful, a little tired and dark inside, no real views from inside or out , middle of large urbanisation, generally have to drive everywhere, although there are a selection of restaurants within walking distance…It has a large pool, but very cold in Autumn/winter..believe it can be heated at a cost ! Would suit couples or very small families as a base to explore the Costa Blanca.

Great little villa with big pool

Perfect for couple or small family given one double and one with two single beds. Double with en-suite other with bathroom adjacent. Lovely terrace and open area by cracking 10m x 5m pool. Car a must as little within walking distance. Xabia seafront and old town easy 15-20 min drive and no parking issues.

Relaxing Holiday

The property is in a quiet area in a cul de sac with little traffic. The garden is enclosed and quite private.The house itself is very comfortable and well equipped.The heating and ventilation is very adequate althoughthe fireplace is somewhat smokey, so we only used itonce. Unfortunately the pool wasn't much use to usas the temperature of the water was never more than13 degrees! Shopping was a bit of a challenge as theproperty is up on a steep hill with a narrow winding roadwith frequent speed bumps and impatient drivers.There is an extensive green area quite close which made dog-walking a pleasant experience. On the whole we had a very enjoyable time during our winter stay in Javea.a pleasant experience
