1 Pigallie Heights is a private semi detached house. Living space is at entrance level. A generous kitchen lounge dinning room leads to stairs for two downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a zip link superking, so they can be used as a double or 2 singles. One has an ensuite shower room and spacious bedroom with doors leading to the rear garden, whilst the other has windows that over looks the garden. Both shower rooms are at lower floor level. The third bedroom is in the attic space and accessed by stairs by the front door. A convenient entrance level cloak room / utility room is found in the hall area. The rear garden is enclosed with a picnic table for guest uses it can be accessed by a gate way from the parking area. Pigallie Heights is close to Porthtowan and Portreath Beaches. You will love how you access all of Cornwall very easily from this location. Cornwall is a relaxing destination all year round

We loved Cornwall and our holiday let. Our place was clean and we had plenty of room with 3 bathrooms! Communication with the host was great. We had comfortable beds and the showers were nice. Thank you!

Fantastic house in quiet neighborhood

A fantastic house, in a quiet location and yet not far from shopping, restaurants and excursion destinations. The house is well equipped and perfectly clean. James and Rosemary are perfect hosts, always available, attentive but not intrusive. There was even an offer of interim cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels.We will definitely come back next time we visit Cornwall.

During your holiday if you need our assistance on places to visit or deal with any problems in your accommodation that you encounter we are close at hand to help. We live at the Pigallie main site so are only 50 yards away or at the end of phone call.

Why they chose this property

Pigallie Heights one is superb for older families and group holidays. It is a home from home that is warm and welcoming. The perfect place to recuperate if you have been adventuring all day or even if you want to just relax with out venturing out. We are just by the coast to coast cycle trail, you can hire bikes just 5 minutes up the road. This property is a mile and half from Portreath and Porthtown. Surfing, stunning beaches are therefore close by. Our closest pub is in Bridge (the Bridge Inn) a 15 minute walk along the cycle trail. There is a seasonal convenience shop in cambrose at the touring park, or shops all year round in Porthtowan and Portreath (a 5 minute drive away)

What makes this property unique

We are surrounded by mining heritage. There is so much to explore locally with foot path walks and old buildings to clamber around. A stay at Pigallie Heights one means you are within half an hours drive of Hayle, Marazion, St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth. Our local town Redruth boast amazing architecture, local shops, takeaways, cinema pubs and a meadery. The Eden Project in St Austell is 45 minutes away. There are ample national trust properties to visit that can keep you busy for more than a week. Cornwall is beautiful all year round. We are open and waiting to hear from you.
