The property is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is complete, from games for the little ones to a Nespresso coffee machine so you can wake up to a delicious cup of coffee and the best views of Pollença Bay.

The property’s outdoor space consists of the terrace (which can be seen in several of the photos) and a grassy area below, ideal for children to play while adults keep an eye on them from the terrace. In the garden, you’ll also find an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off with fresh water and washing away the sand after a day at the beach.

The kitchen and terrace face west, so sunset will undoubtedly be a magical moment of the day.


LOCATION:

The Es Mal Pas area, where the villa is located, is one of the most special spots in Mallorca. A summer retreat for Mallorcans, it is a place that retains its original charm. Most of the houses follow traditional building styles, featuring the typical Mallorcan shutters in shades of green or blue.

From the villa, you can walk to two white-sand beaches: Sant Joan Beach and Sant Pere Beach. You can also walk to several rocky coves with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. In addition, Mal Pas offers several restaurants, such as El Cocodrilo, which specialises in seafood and paellas, and 5 Océanos, featuring a spacious chill-out terrace with hammocks and Balinese beds where you can enjoy international tapas and delicious fruit cocktails. It also has a small supermarket for essentials, a pharmacy, a diving centre, and a commercial port called Puerto del Cocodrilo.
