Located in well maintained grounds with green areas, Seacliff Holiday Home No. 2 is an ideal family holiday base. This seaside holiday home has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped providing all you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday in Ireland. Seacliff Holiday Home No. 2 has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably:

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.

Lovely clean holiday home
The house was well equipped in the kitchen area. Lovely small garden area safe for kids at the rear of the property. Property was clean and the living areas spacious. Very quiet area and close to all amenities. Host was very accommodating with check in and checking out.
The beds were not very comfortable.
TV was basic, not a smart TV with no ability to log into streaming services.

Brilliant holiday
We stay in dunmore east every year. Fantastic place for a holiday. Especially with kids. The house this year was brilliant. The upstairs has been carpeted which really reduce me the noise. Also an extra door in the bathroom into the second bedroom. Genius

Great Location
Maria, your manager of the properties is top drawer and extremely helpful, although we didn’t like the location of the house beside a lane way, the house was immaculate and spacious. The Lighthouse restaurant is amazing and great to have on the doorstep. Will be back.
Floor boards in the house were terribly noisy, not easy when you have sleeping children.

Nice location with sea view.
Some better options to use the small garden to sit outside. The small wooden table does not invite to stay outside.
Offered WiFi is totally meaningless. Slowest ever seen in a holiday home. Shouldn't even advertised as it's not usable with < 1MBit average bandwidth.

Thank you for your reply Elizabeth. We are really sorry you had issues during your stay. Unfortunately, Seacliff Holiday Homes are not adapted for wheelchair as all bedrooms are located upstairs and there are no facilities in the bathroom. Apologies if you feel you were misled with this information.
I gave it a 3 due to an extra charge for towels, rock hard beds and no wifi which wasnt disclosed until I asked the property manager when we got there. The view from the porperty is also advertised as an attraction but thats not from the units themselves it seems. Ours was of a parking lot on one side and a storage yard on the other.

Enjoyed our stay.
I have stayed in the houses in seacliff before. The location is great for us. Easy access to the beach. All of the houses were very clean but they were in desperate need of an update. Particularly to justify the price hike over the last few years. So I was delighted to see that this house was refurbished. The house was repainted, new couch, and new curtains throughout and new carpets upstairs. Wifi is now included which was great for the rainy days. The bathrooms were clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Would book this particular house over the others in Seacliff in future.
Bathrooms in need of an update. Shower door very old and tired. An outdoor tap would be great to wash down sports equipment wetsuits etc.

No 2 Seacliff holiday excellent
Easy to book on the website and unlike other places I could book the dates I wanted and not just from Saturday to Saturday. Shirley, the property manager, was easy to contact and lovely to talk with. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Looking forward to a return visit
Only issue I would have is the electricity. Unless you're aware of prepay power it might be a shock at how much your bill is. It is more expensive than other suppliers. Customers may not realise this unless they have prepay themselves. It's probably nothing trident can change but just make customers aware of it. No 2 had an open fire which was great but the rest of the heating is electric. That's the only issue I can see. It wouldn't put me off coming back.

Spacious house 2 minutes from the beach
The location is great with spectacular views across to Hook Head.
