Cliff House is positioned just above the beach in the picturesque village of Porthleven and is the perfect destination for a holiday or romantic escape. Completely renovated in 2021, this 2 bedroomed, self-contained apartment has stunning sea views and is a stone's throw from the beach, harbor, and village center. It retains its character externally, whilst its interior is beautifully equipped, light, and modern. A garage and garden area make it even more desirable. Long weekends from October to April.

The space
Cliff House is beautifully equipped and fitted with all you need to enjoy an extremely comfortable holiday. The spacious open-plan living area has zones for relaxing, cooking, and dining.

Lounge Area
A wide bay window frames the stunning sea view. Relax on the comfortable leather sofas, put your feet up on the matching footstool, and watch the ever-changing moods of the sea. Widescreen tv with Freesat, WiFi, and cosy cushions and throws for added comfort.

Dining Area
Light and airy with windows on two sides and french doors opening onto the garden, this area comfortably seats 4 around a large oak table.

Kitchen
Contemporary white units and oak island and breakfast bar with stools. Ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, and a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery for all your catering needs.

Bedroom One - A spacious room with glazed door to brick patio area. Furnished with double bed, bedside tables, and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, free-standing mirror, and chair.

Bedroom Two - furnished with twin beds or zip link king, window seat with cushions, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, and dressing table.

Shower room - a large powerful shower, vanity unit, illuminated mirror, shaver socket, heated towel rail, and tall storage cupboard.

The sheltered garden has patio furniture where you can enjoy alfresco wining and dining.

The garage provides parking and a useful area for storing surfboards, kayaks, bicycles, and drying racks for wetsuits and walking equipment.

The apartment was lovely very clean and the location perfect with the added bonus of a garage as parking in porthleven is not great .Nice flowers and cake when we arrived .Will be going again next year .

Fantastic well equipped Cottage in superb location

Mum and I had a wonderful stay at Cliff House. It is a home from home, finished to a very high standard and so well equipped. Chilling in the lounge to the sound of the sea, lovely walks along coastal path from the doorstep, as well as Porthleven with its shops and cafes. Absolutely loved it and hope to return. Cliff House is a gem

A very nice apartment in ideally located Porthleven. The beautiful Lizard Peninsula nearby and also the western part is very good reachable. Sara is a really nice person. Communication was superb. The apartment is richly equipped (especially the kitchen). I very much recommend it for up to 4 people

The apartment was exactly as described. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property, and the contact with the owner was excellent. Access to the garage was ok for us (VW T Roc) but anyone in a large 4x4 type might have a bit of difficulty. The garage was a godsend, as parking in Porthleven is very tricky, especially near to the apartment.
