East Hampton Beach House

The East Hampton Beach House is a well appointed, six bedroom, four bathroom home has many modern amenities throughout this completely renovated home that was finished Summer 2019. It has all the features needed to make your home-away-from-home feel complete.

Boasting a lovely, open floor plan, this home features an eat-in chef's kitchen adjoining the dining area and living room. A fireplace and French doors that lead the way out to the back deck and private backyard with a heated pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The spacious master suite, is on the main level sited down the hall and away from the rest of the house, offers plenty of privacy. The home offers a second en-suite bedroom as well and two additional bedrooms that share a large hall bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the 10 foot ceiling fully finished lower level.
All completely renovated as of Summer 2020

Outside, lush perimeter and ornamental landscaping surrounds the dining deck and heated pool. The home sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac that backs up undeveloped land for lots of privacy.

This charming home is less than a mile from East Hampton Village amenities, including restaurants, shops and East Hampton Train Station as well as East Hampton's beautiful ocean beaches. The house comes complete with a BBQ grill, WiFi, surround sound, Sonos, beach chairs, beach towels and an outdoor heated shower.

Other things to note:
There is a security camera, neighbors and a house manager who keep track of who comes and goes. So please don’t try to sneak any extra guests or pets into the home. ;)

Amazing summer home

I had my parents come visit for a month and we stayed at Karen’s house. It was perfect for us, close work to the town of East Hampton, with lots of great restaurants and shops. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again

The house was even 10x more gorgeous and bigger than in the photos! Our group had the most amazing stay. Perfect location close to great shopping and restaurants in East Hampton. Karen’s home was charming, well kept, and beautifully decorated. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Karen was a great host and we will def be renting with her next summer!

Our entire family of 9 enjoyed this home. Beautifully furnished, tasteful details and stocked with every item anyone might need. Generous with supplies, towels, linens, floats for the pool and even some wood to get started at the fire pit. A perfect location to enjoy all the wonders on the East End while providing a quiet and peaceful haven at the end of each day. We all loved our beds - how often does that happen? The owner was more than kind with her recommendations and her response to any need we had. We loved our visit!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is exactly as pictured and described, it feels like a home and it is impeccably decorated. The home was very clean with lots of amenities including a pool, pool table, full kitchen, 2 TVs and nice towels, sheets etc. The home owner was very responsive and immediately responded to any questions we had. Perfect Hamptons Retreat

This is the perfect property for friends and/or families alike. The family room/kitchen/dining room is a great open space for groups and entertaining, as is the spacious basement. All the bedrooms were comfortable and fit the bill as listed in the accommodations, including enough bathrooms which were pristine. The backyard is stunning -- plenty of lawn space, outdoor s/eating and a great pool. The home is professionally decorated and you can tell the owner takes care in its design and upkeep. It truly felt like being in your own home. The neighborhood is also quiet but still a short walk to all the action on Main St. in East Hampton. Would 100% stay here again.

Great Stay in Beautiful Home!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Karen's home, and to top it off the proximity from everything in East Hampton is amazing! Took only a few minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go. Karen was very responsive and made the check-in process easy for us traveling late at night. Also very attentive to any questions we had in regards to the property, beach equipment, etc. Definitely recommend her home as a great place to stay and relax with family + friends!
