One of the only modern apartments in Malaga with rooftop pool. An ideal place to visit Malaga, quiet and close to all the monuments, restaurants and the beach.
It is specially designed and prepared with all the necessary comforts so that your vacations with family, couple or friends are unforgettable, especially for those people who want to relax and rest, being perfectly soundproofed, you will not feel the outside noise.
The entrance of the building is without steps, which makes our accommodation highly recommended for young children or elderly people.
It has a double room, bathroom with a shower and a living room with a double sofa bed.
You can also enjoy a very good Internet connection with fiber optics and hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an alarm system.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, as well as a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle. coffee maker, toaster washer and dryer.
On the roof of the building you can enjoy a spectacular area with a pool open all year round, barbecue and two more areas where you can relax and sunbathe.
It is located in a residential area where you will find all kinds of services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, cafeteria and the Eroski and Vialia shopping centers, where you will find stores such as Primark, Zara, Bershka, as well as a cinema and much more.
Soho is 500m away and the historic center is only 800m away. Already there, you can enjoy a wide variety of museums, theaters, bars, restaurants, cafes, terraces, nightclubs...
The central bus and train station María Zambrano is 500 meters away, which will take you to the airport in just over 10 minutes.

Excellent property to spend a week in, within easy walking of the old town, supermarkets, rail, bus stations and bars and restaurants. Everything we needed was included plus the bonus of having a large shady patio for sitting out on and the rooftop terrace and pool.
Any queries we had prior to our stay were quickly answered. We were met on arrival by Samuel who was very helpful, explaining everything to us and where to find the places mentioned above. Definitely recommended.
Also if you like walking the Caminito del Rey is a must.
